Ceritera of Her Laptop

It has been exactly a year. Time flies so fast! I have been busy doing my stuff as I have not been updating anything yet up until today. I promised the last time that I wanted to tell a story of a few things such as my BFF's wedding, and how I missed our childhood moments but I just couldn't make it. That's somehow bad. But I will make sure  I would tell you a story about that perhaps later.

Now, let me tell you.

 

I am a person who always feels motivated as well as inspired by many kinds of things especially when it comes to academic stuff. I am exactly four years now of being a researcher and I have seen how my surroundings could impact my journey of study as a whole in many ways. I only allow positive vibes as part of my journey and eventually everything will be going fine and smooth. It works!

However, things have not always been as I expected. I have planned everything from the beginning but it just did not work out as I wanted. 

How could  I do my work? My previous laptop had broken while I was doing my research. I just couldn't believe that. 

 

It was a brand new laptop I bought early this February. And guess what? It was the second problem that went wrong after the first issue had been fixed and solved.

That was horrendous!

 

I still remember the first time I had to encounter that situation. I went to the shop to claim the warranty but they asked me to keep the laptop with them so they could fix it. But I refused. There was no way I would leave that to them. They then asked to reach the call centre and get further details on that issue. And I did.

Long story short, the technician came and fixed the problem with a new LCD screen. It took us a week to have the technician come. Been doing nothing for a week literally. It was not easy at all because I had to call a few technical support team from the HQ centre I dealt with. The problem was finally solved.

After a month of use, another problem came up. Long story short, the brand company agreed to replace a whole new laptop for me but I had to wait for a month because the shipping process took time to be shipped. I had to return the broken one as per agreement. A struggle getting that new laptop was real. It was not easy. Really. At the end of the day, I am happy to get a new brand laptop. Who doesn't? Right. And I have been doing my work since then. 

Last but not least, I am hoping for the best. I am bout to finish my study. Hope all is going well and fine. Insya-Allah.
